Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

All duties, taxes, and import fees are already included in the shipping cost.

This means that the shipping cost displayed at checkout fully includes:

Import taxes
Customs fees
Customs clearance charges

There will be no additional charges upon delivery or when the order enters the destination country.

The customer will not need to make any extra payments to receive the order.

International Shipping

Estúdio Ame ships internationally directly from Brazil to various countries around the world. Available destinations can be checked at checkout.

Orders are shipped by recognized international carriers and postal services, always with a tracking code.

Shipping Cost Calculation

International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout, considering the weight, dimensions of the order, and the destination country.

The value presented at checkout corresponds to the total shipping cost, already including all applicable taxes and fees.

Customs Clearance

The import and customs clearance process is handled by the carrier responsible for the shipment.

The customer does not need to contact customs authorities, make additional payments, or provide extra documents, unless specific requirements from local authorities apply.

Order Tracking

After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking code via email.

Once the order enters the destination country, tracking can be followed both through the international carrier and the local postal service, when applicable.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary according to the destination country, the selected shipping method, and local logistical processes.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout at the time of purchase.

International Returns

In case of a return, amounts related to duties and import fees are not refundable, as they have already been used in the international shipping process.

The conditions and responsibilities related to return shipping will be assessed according to the reason for the request.
